<p>The Husk Rewards Fitness Reimbursement Program is an easy-to-use and flexible program that allows you to earn reimbursement for making healthy choices! EmblemHealth members are eligible to earn up to $200 in reimbursement per 6 month period (1/1 – 6/30 and 7/1 – 12/31) each calendar year for completing 50 workouts. Covered spouses/domestic partners and dependents are also eligible to earn up to $100 per 6 month period.<br></p>
